My life experiences, including living in three different countries and navigating the loss of loved ones, have shaped my understanding of what it means to be human. These experiences have taught me that healing is never one-size-fits-all; it is a deeply personal journey that unfolds at its own pace and in its own way.
I take a holistic, person-centred approach that honours the connection between mind, body, and spirit. Drawing from modalities such as Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), I tailor each session to meet your specific needs and preferences.
